Especially good for oily skin and lackluster hair, lemongrass makes an excellent addition to deodorants, soaps, cosmetics, shampoos, skin lotions and tonics.

Lemongrass has been prized for its aromatic properties since cultivation and distillation began in India in the 1880s. The fresh, earthy scent of lemongrass blends well with many other essential and fragrance oils like eucalyptus, juniper, lavender and rose. Leaves you feeling clean and refreshed, relaxed and renewed.

Note that, while non-toxic, lemongrass is a strong oil. Always dilute it well before using it on your skin.
