What if I have questions?

We are more than happy to answer any and all questions about an item prior to sale. However, bidders are responsible for making their own complete investigation BEFORE BIDDING about the history, condition, physical characteristics [such as color, dimensions, and weight], ingredients, functionality, desirability, serviceability, shipping costs & terms, etc.
What's included?

We make every effort to provide a complete, accurate description of each item. Accessory items such as retail packaging, instruction manuals, assembly guides, cases, stands, cables, etc., any items which are not mentioned in the description are not included. If you are in doubt, please ask.
Will you guarantee it?

We cannot and do not make any warranty concerning pre-owned items. For new items, any manufacturer's warranty of which we are aware will be mentioned in the item description. Otherwise, no warranty is expressed or implied:

Can anyone bid?

We welcome any and all serious, responsible bidders. We also reserve the right to cancel bids of those members who have:
--history of negative feedback
--little or no feedback after an unusually long time as registered
--history of bid retraction
--multiple concurrent bids on identical or similar items
--behaved inappropriately
If you fit into any of those categories and would seriously like to participate in an auction without having your bid cancelled, you are invited to e-mail us PRIOR TO BIDDING to explain why we should allow you to do so.
What about shipping?

We currently ship only to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and those U.S. possessions (e.g., Guam) accessible via domestic mail. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If further shipping restrictions apply to an item--e.g., due to government regulation--those restrictions will be stated in the auction description. We will combine shipping when practical, but only on auctions ended within 72 hours of each other and paid with a single payment. We cannot guarantee discounted/combined shipping to buyers who pay separately for multiple auctions.
I won!...Now what?

Things move fast on eBay. Accordingly, if you are the high bidder, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of end of auction. We must hear from you within 3 days (72 hours) of end of auction with your full name and shipping address so we can provide you with a total. If you fail to contact us promptly, we will presume that you are a Non-Paying Bidder. If we are unable to contact you because your mail is returned as undeliverable by your ISP [ for example, AOL], we reserve the right to cancel the sale without further notice.
What about payment?

We are immediately obligated to pay auction fees to eBay when an auction begins and again when it ends in a sale. Accordingly, we expect to be paid promptly by our high bidder. Payment must be via PayPal, in US funds drawn on a US bank. We should receive your payment within 3 days of end of auction. If, after 3 days, we have not received it and other arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to cancel the sale without notice, re-auction the item, file an Unpaid Item report with eBay, and alert other eBay sellers (including, but not limited to, posting negative feedback.)
